The Elisa Ring communication application allows you to easily manage features such as your calls, change your status information or display phone number, and use contacts from your phone or the Ring service address book. To use this application, the organization must have a subscription to the Elisa Ring service, and the user must have an Elisa Ring connection.

For Dual-SIM phones, during the application setup, it is necessary to turn off the non-ELISA SIM card completely. This ensures the successful authentication. Once the software authentication is completed, the second SIM card can be reactivated.

Note: If you are setting up the application while using VoLTE (WiFi) connection, you must first switch to a 4G/3G connection. After the setup is done, you can switch back to VoLTE (WiFi) connection.

If you encounter issues during login:
* In Multi-SIM phones, only Elisa SIM card should be active
* Does calling *888# work? A small text-based menu should appear
* Does calling 889 work? You should hear a recorded time announcement
* Can you log into the browser-based Ring using your credentials?
